halenākṛṣya sahasā gadāpātairapātayat /
aśakyo dānavairhantuṃ balabhadro mahābalaḥ //
Having pulled them with his plow, he suddenly felled them with strokes of his mace. / Balabhadra of great might was impossible for the Dānavas to slay.
