ṣaṣṭivarṣasahasrāṇi svarge tiṣṭhati bhūmidaḥ /
ācchettā cānumantā ca tānyeva narake vaset //
The giver of land remains in heaven for sixty thousand years; / the one who confiscates it and the one who consents to it dwell for that same period in hell.
