tatra tīrthe tu yo bhaktyā sopavāso 'rcayecchivam /
anivartikā gatistasya rudralokād asaṃśayam //
He who, having fasted, worships Śiva with devotion at that pilgrimage place, / attains a state of non-return from the world of Rudra, without doubt.

|| iti śrīskānde mahāpurāṇa ekāśītisāhasryāṃ saṃhitāyāṃ pañcama āvantyakhaṇḍe revākhaṇḍe śivatīrthamāhātmyavarṇanaṃ nāma pañcacatvāriṃśadadhikaśatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ ||
|| Thus ends the one hundred and forty-fifth chapter, named 'Description of the Glorification of the Śivatīrtha', in the Revākhaṇḍa of the fifth Avantyakhaṇḍa in the glorious Skanda Mahāpurāṇa containing eighty-one thousand verses.
