saṃhartukāmastridivaṃ tvaśeṣaṃ pramuñcamāno vikṛtāṭṭahāsam /
jahāra sarvaṃ tridivaṃ mahātmā saṃkṣobhayanvai jagadīśa ekaḥ //
Desiring to destroy heaven completely, letting loose a wild, terrifying laugh, / the great-souled one, the sole Lord of the universe, carried away all of heaven, throwing it into agitation.
