kṛtvā snānaṃ vidhānena pūjayitvā ca taṃ nṛpa /
piṇḍanirvapaṇaṃ kuryāt tasya puṇyaphalaṃ śṛṇu //
Having performed the sacred bath according to rule and worshipped him, O king,
he should offer balls of rice. Hear the fruit of religious merit for that:
