pālayitvā nayādbhūmiṃ makhaiḥ saṃtarpya devatāḥ /
svargaṃ gato mahātejā rāmo rājīvalocanaḥ //
having ruled the earth with justice and gratified the deities with sacrifices,
the lotus-eyed Rāma of great splendor went to heaven.
