yudhiṣṭhira uvāca:
ko 'sau dvijavaraśreṣṭha cāṇakyo nāma nāmataḥ /
śuklatīrthasya yo vettā nānyo vettā hi kaścana //

Yudhiṣṭhira said:
Who was he, O best of excellent twice-born, known by the name Cāṇakya,
who knew Śuklatīrtha, for indeed no one else knew it?
