kākāvūcatuḥ /
ikṣvākusambhavo rājā cāṇakyo nāma dhārmikaḥ /
dvādaśāhe mṛtasyāsya tarpitāvaśanādibhiḥ //
The two crows said:
“The righteous king born of Ikṣvāku, named Cāṇakya,
on the twelfth day after his death, we were gratified with food and other offerings.”
