mṛto vānaratāṃ yāti tanmukto 'tha galāḍavān /
adattvā bhakṣayaṃstāni hyanapatyo bhavennaraḥ //

When dead, he becomes a monkey; freed from that, he becomes a person with a goiter;
and a man who eats them without giving to others becomes childless.
