tatra tīrthe naraḥ snātvā pūjayet pitṛdevatāḥ /
devīṃ paśyati yo bhaktyā mucyate sarvapātakaiḥ //
Having bathed at that pilgrimage place, a man should worship the ancestors and the gods; / whoever beholds the Goddess with devotion is freed from all sins.
