yudhiṣṭhira uvāca:
narmadādakṣiṇe kūle tvaccihnenopalakṣitam /
tīrtham etan mamākhyāhi sambhavaṃ ca mahāmune //

Yudhiṣṭhira said: / On the southern bank of the Narmadā is [a place] marked by your emblem; / tell me about this pilgrimage place and its origin, O great sage.
