tasmiṃstīrthe naraḥ snātvā pūjayet parameśvaram /
mārkaṇḍeśvaranāmnā vai viṣṇuṃ tribhuvaneśvaram //
Having bathed at that pilgrimage place, a person should worship the supreme Lord / by the name of Mārkaṇḍeśvara, and Viṣṇu, the lord of the three worlds.
