tasya tuṣṭo mahādevo brahmā brahmarṣibhiḥ saha /
sakhitvaṃ ceśvaro dattvā dhanadatvaṃ jagāma ha //

Mahādeva and Brahmā, along with the divine seers, were pleased with him;
and Īśvara, having granted friendship, went away, as did [Brahmā's] granting of the status of Dhanada.
