śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
tato gacchetparaṃ tīrthaṃ puṇyaṃ pāpapraṇāśanam /
māṇḍavyo yatra saṃsiddha ṛṣirnārāyaṇastathā //

Śrī Mārkaṇḍeya said: / Then one should go to the supreme pilgrimage place, holy and destroying sin, / where Māṇḍavya attained perfection, and likewise the sage Nārāyaṇa.
