māṇḍavya uvāca:
idaṃ jalaṃ ca rakṣasva kālakūṭaviṣopamam /
samudre kṣipayiṣyāmi devakāryaṃ samutthitam //

Māṇḍavya said:
'Keep this water, which is like the Kālakūṭa poison;
I shall cast it into the ocean when the business of the gods arises.'
