divyaṃ varṣasahasraṃ tu pūjayāmāsa bhārata /
gato 'sāvṛṣisaṅghaiśca sahito 'maraparvatam //
He worshiped him for a divine thousand years, O descendant of Bharata; / then he went to the mountain of the immortals along with the hosts of ṛṣis.
