kṛtasya karaṇaṃ nāsti tasmātpāpavināśanam /
gatvā tu kāpilaṃ tīrthaṃ mocayāmyaghamātmanaḥ //
What is done cannot be undone; therefore, to destroy the sin, / having gone to the pilgrimage place of Kapila, I shall release my sin.”
