tasminparvaṇi deveśi śaṅkhaṃ saṃspṛśya mānavaḥ /
snānamācarate toye miśre gāṅgeyanārmade //
At that festival, O ruler of gods, having touched the conch, a man / performs a sacred bath in the mixed waters of the Gaṅgā and the Narmadā."
