tatra tīrthe tu yaḥ snātvā pūjayecchaṅkaraṃ naraḥ /
daśāśvamedhāvabhṛthaṃ labhate puṇyamuttamam //
A person who bathes at that pilgrimage place and worships Śaṅkara / obtains the highest religious merit, equivalent to the ritual conclusion of ten horse sacrifices.
