Revākhaṇḍa (Vāyupurāṇa) 182.27

adyaprabhṛti sarveṣām ahaṅkāro dvijanmanām /
na pitā putravākyena na putraḥ pitṛkarmaṇi //
From this day forward, there will be arrogance among all twice-born [Brahmins]:
no father [will act] according to his son's word, nor any son in his father's work.
