vārāhaṃ rūpamāsthāya uddhṛtā dharaṇī vibho /
puṇyātpuṇyatamā tena hyaśeṣāghaughanāśinī //
the earth was lifted up having assumed the form of a boar, O lord; / therefore, it is more meritorious than the meritorious, destroying all the multitudes of sin.
