utpattiheturete ca yasminsarvaṃ pralīyate /
sarvāvāsīti devatvād vāsudevety udāhṛtaḥ //
the cause of their arising, in whom everything dissolves— / because of his divinity as the one who abides in all, he is proclaimed as Vāsudeva.
