mūlaṃ hi sarvadharmāṇāṃ brahmacaryaṃ paraṃ tapaḥ /
tenāhaṃ tatra sthāsyāmi mūlaśrīpatisaṃjñitaḥ //
Brahmacarya is indeed the root of all virtues, the supreme ascetic penance; / by virtue of that, I shall abide there named Mūlaśrīpati.
