tvaṃ hautram agnihotrāṇāṃ sūtramantrastvameva ca /
gokarṇaṃ bhadrakarṇaṃ ca tvaṃ ca māheśvaraṃ padam //
You are the hotṛ’s rite of the fire sacrifices, and you alone are the cord and the mantra; / you are Gokarṇa, Bhadrakarṇa, and you are the realm of Maheśvara.
