kṛṣṇapakṣe caturdaśyāṃ māsi bhādrapade nṛpa /
tīrthakoṭīḥ samāhūya munibhiḥ sthāpitaḥ śivaḥ //
On the fourteenth day of the dark fortnight in the month of Bhādrapada, O king,
having summoned ten million pilgrimage places, Śiva was installed by the sages.
