śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca:
bhūmipāla tato gacchettīrthaṃ paramaśobhanam /
vikhyātaṃ triṣu lokeṣu pitḥṇām ṛṇamocanam //

The glorious Mārkaṇḍeya said: / O protector of the earth, one should then go to the supremely splendid pilgrimage place / famed in the three worlds as Pitṝṇām Ṛṇamocana [Release from Debt to the Ancestors].
