tadā prabhṛti rājendra balākairiva bhūṣitam /
pratyayārthaṃ sthitaṃ liṅgaṃ lokānugrahakāmyayā //

Ever since then, O best of kings, the liṅga has remained adorned as if by white cranes,
for the sake of faith, wishing to grant grace to the worlds.
