śikṣākṣaraviyukteyaṃ vāṇī me stauti kiṃ vibho /
kā śaktiḥ kiṃ parijñānamidamuktaṃ kṣamasva me //
How can this speech of mine, devoid of proper syllables of training, praise you, O Lord? / What is my power, what is my comprehension? Forgive me for this that has been spoken.'
