tatra tīrthe tu mārgasthā ye kecidṛṣisattamāḥ /
siddhāmṛtapadaṃ yānti pitṛlokaṃ tathottamam //
Whatever best of sages travelling on the road [die] at that pilgrimage place, / they attain the state of the perfected and immortal, and likewise the supreme realm of the ancestors.
