smaraṇājjanmajanitaṃ darśanācca trijanmajam /
saptajanmakṛtaṃ naśyet pāpaṃ revāvagāhanāt //

From remembering it, [the sin] generated in one birth [is destroyed]; from seeing it, that born of three births;
and sin committed across seven births is destroyed by bathing in the Revā.
