viprāṇāṃ bhojanaṃ śaktyā sarvatīrtheṣvayaṃ vidhiḥ /
prāyaścittanimittaṃ ca yo vrajedyatamānasaḥ //

and feeding brahmins according to one's means: this is the rule at all pilgrimage places.
