231.1

śrīsūta uvāca:
tathaiva tīrthastabakān vakṣye'ham ṛṣisattamāḥ /
yaistu tīrthāvalīgumphaḥ pūrvoktairekataḥ kṛtaḥ //

The venerable Sūta said: / In that very manner I shall tell of the clusters of pilgrimage places, O best of sages, / by which the stringing of the series of pilgrimage places was made into a single whole by those previously mentioned;
