saubhāgyaṃ jāyate caiva iha loke paratra ca /
brāhmaṇe vṛttasampanne surūpe ca guṇānvite //
good fortune arises [for them] both in this world and the next, / [when given] to a Brahmin endowed with good conduct, handsome, and virtuous.
