namaḥ śūlāgrahastāya namaḥ khaṭvāṅgadhāriṇe /
jaya bhūtapate deva dakṣayajñavināśana //
Obeisance to you who hold the tip of the trident in hand! Obeisance to the bearer of the skull-staff! / Victory to you, Lord of beings, O god, destroyer of the sacrifice of Dakṣa!
