28.119

brāhmaṃ ca padamakliṣṭaṃ vaiṣṇavaṃ tadanantaram /
umārudraṃ mahābhāga aiśvaraṃ tadanantaram //

and the untroubled realm of Brahmā, immediately followed by that of Viṣṇu,
that of Umā and Rudra, O highly fortunate one, and next the realm of Īśvara;
