28.13

yantāraṃ ca surajyeṣṭhaṃ vedānkṛtvā hayottamān /
khalīnādiṣu cāṅgāni raśmīṃśchandāṃsi cākarot //

the eldest of gods (Brahmā) as the charioteer, having made the Vedas the excellent horses, / he made the Vedāṅgas the bits and bridles, and the meters the reins;
