samantādyojanaṃ tīrthaṃ puṇyaṃ hy amarakaṇṭakam /
rudrakoṭisamopetaṃ tena tatpuṇyamuttamam //
For one yojana all around, the pilgrimage place Amarakaṇṭaka is holy,
endowed with the likeness of a crore of Rudras; therefore its religious merit is supreme.
