saptakalpakṣayā ghorā mayā dṛṣṭāḥ punaḥpunaḥ /
prasādāddevadevasya viṣṇośca parameṣṭhinaḥ //
The terrible destructions of seven aeons were witnessed by me again and again / by the grace of the god of gods, Viṣṇu, the supreme lord.
