atra yaḥ strījanaḥ kaścid bhartṛśuśrūṣaṇe rataḥ /
nānyo devo na vai dharmo jñāyate śailanandini //
Here, whatever women there are, they are devoted to serving their husbands; / no other god and no other duty is known to them, O daughter of the mountain.’
