teṣāṃ mokṣas tathā svargo bhūmirmartye phalāni ca /
yeṣāṃ tuṣṭā mahābhāgā brāhmaṇāḥ kṣitidevatāḥ //
Liberation, heaven, and earthly fruits among mortals belong to those / with whom the illustrious brāhmaṇas, gods on earth, are pleased.
