brahmaśāpābhibhūto 'sau devadevastrilocanaḥ /
tuṣṭaistaistapasā yuktaiḥ punarmokṣaṃ gamiṣyati //
This three-eyed god of gods has been overcome by a curse of the brahmins; / once they are propitiated by his asceticism, he will attain release again.”
