tāṃ tu paśyati yo bhaktyā dīyamānāṃ dvijottame /
tasya varṣaśataṃ pāpaṃ naśyate nātra saṃśayaḥ //
Whoever looks with devotion upon her being given to the best of twice-born, / his sins of a hundred years are destroyed, of this there is no doubt.
