nātra doṣo 'sti te kaścinmama caiva śubhavrate /
tavodare tu garbho yastatra daivaṃ parāyaṇam //
'There is no fault here on your part, nor on mine, O woman of virtuous vows; / but regarding the embryo in your womb, fate is the sole recourse.
