tasya yogabalopeto mahādevasya pāṇḍava /
nakhamāṃsāntare gupto yathā devo na paśyati //
Endowed with the power of yoga, he hid within the space between the fingernails and flesh / of that Mahādeva, O Pāṇḍava, so that the god did not see [him].
