pippalādo gate deve snātvā tatra mahāmbhasi /
sthāpayitvā mahādevaṃ jagāmottaraparvatam //
When the god had departed, Pippalāda bathed there in the great waters, / established [a liṅga of] Mahādeva, and went to the northern mountain.
