aśvamedhasya yajñasya phalaṃ prāpnotyanuttamam /
mṛto rudrapuraṃ yāti nātra kāryā vicāraṇā //
obtains the peerless fruit of a horse sacrifice; / and when he dies, he goes to the city of Rudra—there should be no doubt about this.
