tatra tīrthe tu yaḥ snātvā vidhinā japeddvijān /
tasya koṭiguṇaṃ puṇyaṃ jāyate nātra saṃśayaḥ //

Moreover, he who bathes in that pilgrimage place and according to rule recites [mantras for] the twice-born, / his religious merit becomes ten-millionfold; of this there is no doubt.
