piteva putraṃ parirakṣa deva jahīndraśatruṃ saha putrapautraiḥ /
tatheti coktaḥ kamalāsanena surāsurair vanditapādapadmaḥ //
Protect [us], O God, like a father his son; slay the enemy of Indra along with his sons and grandsons!" / And thus was spoken to him by the lotus-seated one, he whose lotus feet are praised by gods and Asuras.
