nihatā dānavāḥ sarve deveśena sahasraśaḥ /
andhako 'pi ca tān dṛṣṭvā dānavānavaniṃ gatān /
tato vāgbhiḥ pratuṣṭāva devadevaṃ maheśvaram //
All the Dānavas were slain by thousands by the lord of gods. / Andhakas too, having seen those Dānavas fallen to the ground, / then praised the god of gods, Maheśvara, with words:
