tiṣṭhate ca sadā tatra viṣṇupādāgrasaṃsthitā /
ambhaso na bhaven mārgaḥ kuṇḍamadhyasthitasya ca //
always remains there, situated at the tip of Viṣṇu's foot. / And there was no channel for the water that stood in the middle of the basin.
